Every time I try and fall into some sort of trance, whether it be hypnosis or while using WILD, I begin to itch all over my body, and this constant itching removes me from the trance. I try to take my mind off of it and think of other things, but it just doesnt work. Any suggestions?

Have you ever tried meditation? Look for some techniques on relaxation and meditation, and try to do that before inducing the trance.

| You could try to use it as simply as a cue to go deeper into the trance, instead of thinking of it as a distraction.

That would seem like a good plan, but for me, itching is the devil. If I have an itch and can't scratch it, I start twitching and getting really scared, all the while the itch gets more intense.

Hi Daylight,
It's a very common relaxation problem indeed: just search for "itching" through the forum and you'll find lots of posts about it.
It disappears with experience. Just don't care and continue to focus on your practice.
