Focusing Awareness and Breathing on the Chakra

I am trying to understand how to WILD by focusing breathing and awareness on a chakra. How do you focus breathing at a point on yor body, it just doesnt seem to make sense to me.

I dont know if this answers your question but you can focus breathing through your abdominal region instead of using only your lungs.

This way you use the diaphram its a much more efficiant way to breathe.

Also you can train yourself to breathe into your abdomen that will inflate areas around your kidneys all angles of your stomach and even your back. You can focus on those points.

Ideally you should concentrate on breathing through your diaphram all the time. If your an athlete you get your breath back faster breathing like that, theres no real other advantages except it can help relieve stress if your concentrating on it.

Well, you can visualize air coming in and out of it…
just try to move your conciousness to that specific part of the body…
