One for me.
It was very short, barely long enough for me to realise I was dreaming.
On the plus side, it was from recognising that a discrepency was a sign that I was actually dreaming -- that's the first time I've become lucid from recognising a dream-sign.
(there was almost a 2nd one too, but I woke up while realising it could be a dream)

I had 2 this morning I'm starting to wonder what I'm doing when I get this many LDs lately. But I can't really think of anything that could explain it. I didn't even really try to LD this morning The only thing that's different now is that I've been eating omega-3 fatty acids the past month or so. But that shouldn't do this much, or? I guess I have to run out and get some more now, since I've just run out of it

Some of my LD's lately have came also after very short MILDing, and almost not trying (hard) to get them, because sometimes i try too hard and it results in long dry period for me
So sometimes i quit doing any deep MILDing, and i only think before going to sleep about how easy it would be to spot a dream when i sleep.
Anyway, gotta 1 short LD tonight. I was very tired, so i don't recall more than just growing to realize that it can be a dream, looking at another person i met with "lucid eye" ("he is DC"), and starting to fly in some room, because flying helps me to keep dreaming more than walking around. Then i probably woke up, but were too tired to write it down, and just thought that i will recall this short dream in morning.
It makes 7 in April.
