In remembering my lucid dreams, they just felt like regular dreams to remember. I even almost forgot my first when I woke up.

Or you could just chose a clip from a show and tell yourself that if you dream about that, then you are dreaming.

If I sleep longer periods, I sometimes wake up during the night b/c my sleep is stretched more thinly and not as deep. And AS works very well too.
