If anyone remembers Pedro's first 90-110 LDs/month, and only LaBerge was close to that and I believe that 4 lucid dreams EVERY night is pretty much the record. This makes me wonder if Pedro discovered ...

Well the main point of LDing other than experience is it's benefits.
-do whatever a mind can imagine(fun, adventure, explore, do things that aren't possible in real life)
-practicing real-life skill ...

Well REM is the most important phase of the sleep.

But in any case early rising (5-6,5 hours) of sleep is not unhealthy.

Back to the topic...is it at least possible to have a LD in the period of ...

Actually I sleep 5,5-6,5 hours a day and wake up quite refreshed. Have been doing so for about a month and if 6 hours of sleep would be unhealthy that would make for some heck of a sleep deprivation.. ...

I normally only sleep for 6 hours/day and it doesn't seem to be enough to have LDs. Last week I was tired and slept for 8 hours and had my first two lucid dreams.

Yes, LDs can be used for rehersal and furthermore, you are even better at performance(you can sprint faster, kick faster, jump higher,...).
A good example is singing-some reported that they used LDs ...

Does anyone have any tips on how to improve this? It would really help me with WILDing and just visualization in general. Most of the other branches of my imagination (auditory, taste, touch, etc..) ...

Each time I wake up from a dream, I recall it fully, but I'm just not aware that I woke up. This way I can't write in the dream journal. Perhaps I might be just too sleepy?
