Melatonin is the least toxic substance.. or at least that's what /they/ say. Since supposedly higher doses give you higher probability of lucidity, I will try it.

My rate of DILD's are getting higher!! While in those short periods of LDing, I practice how to keep lucidity and it's working quite well
