Is sp always so voilent? I've wilded successfully many times,but i have never experienced shaking or even hypogognic imagery. The closest i ever get is the feeling of falling kinda slow-like.

Does it count as rolling over when you turn off the alarm when you wake up? Because I could never wake up in the middle of the night without an alarm.

All of my lucid dreams (6-7?) has lasted less than 10 seconds. So annoying. Also, almost every RC is failing, when I have a lucid dream, I don't even do an RC, I just know it.

This is just my problem too. They only one time I've had a successful WILD I didn't get the tingling sensations, I just did an RC and was in a dream, with no apparent transition.

I am an atheist, and I believe only in things that can be explained or proven scientifically, including lucid dreams. I think other new-age stuff such as horoscopes are plain bull****.
