I started to use this App, Awoken. It might help you as well. You can set alarms, push-ups and whatsoevers to remind you of doing a reality check. While it probably doesn't help much if you only RC wh ...

funny thing, same problem here. Haven't tried LDing for over a year now. And I am so not motivated to write down my dreams wink I guess I'll just have to force myself...maan i miss bein ...

I noticed thanks to my DJ that a common Dream Sign for me was sitting in vehicles. But as soon as I started to concentrate on it, e.g. reality checking when using one in RL, those dreams stopped...so ...

At least, that's what works for me. I recommend reading the "guide"-section on ld4all, too... ...
