but what can you do if you need at least 30-180 minutes to fall asleep but you also want to WILD on normal working days. I'm making everything right (at least i think) and also have MILD experience, b ...

well, if that's the case, then try to wake up yourself with a bell after 4,5h, 6h, or 7h o ...

the dreams in which you dreamed about a lucid dream or dreamed about telling others something about lucid dreams were NOT lucid dreams. they are fake. but the one where you realized it... this was you ...
