Sounds like a interesting method, must try this. Although I think that the part where you must be still and eyes closed after you wake from the dream might be hard for me..

Man this it fustrating.. My DR seems to go on/off cycle without any warning.. Some nights I remember 2-3 dreams and now for a couple of nights only one and that was only like one sentence. ASD
