Fish oil is a borderline prescription by my doc, so I have to take that and I add vitamin e and b6. I notice a difference in my dreams when I miss the b6, so b6 all the way! smile

Good news... the book is an article that someone pirated and turned into a book. But the author is still unknown. I found the same article from 3 other sources.

I have just in the last couple of days took to learning an alternative alphabet to hide my dream journal entries from prying eyes.

I'm experimenting with Elder Futhark and the Theban alphabet. B ...
