Thanks for the answer!
The point is not not being able to maintain SP, rather than the fact that I was close to falling asleep "awake" and that it resulted in another hour of not sleeping. ...

The problem with these fake LD's is that they are pretty much exactly the same as LD's, except the "real world" you just left is a dream and not real life. Or at least, that's what I think. ...

I think he means trying to do them all at once. After all, it's a training for spotting dreamsigns in a dream. Plus, sometimes you are not able to spot one of them.
