I find that whenever I go to sleep setting the intention to remember my dreams (i.e. auto-suggestion), I'll wake and be completely unable to remember my dreams...

I've genuinly beli ...

my one sister and by brother are (or at least claim to be) naturals, they've never even studied any of the stuff on this website and they go into lucid dreams at will, and half the time they don't eve ...

Heh, that must have been horrible waking up and finding out you were lucid. Did you do any RCs?

My book case was over sized and blocking the door, which immediately told me I was dreaming. But then ...

I feels very real. I lost lucidity once because I concvinced myself it was too real to be a dream. I won't make that mistake again. wink

LD's can feel exactly like real life. They can also feel very stange or even more real then real.

If you are unsure then it wasn't a lucid dream, most likely it was 'prelucid'. It is a very good sign though. When you're completely aware and lucid you know.

No, he's definately lucid.
Considering that autosuggestion seems to work so well with you, try saying things like 'I'm going to keep dreaming' and 'I'm going to remain lucid'.

i remember dreams alot better in the car than anywhere else

I pretty sure it's because when you sleep in uncomfortable/unfamiliar surroundings you don't sleep as easy, i.e. you're more aware.

Yes, it's a known phenomenon known as 'imagination'. Your girl friend perhaps has a particularly vivd imagination. Or she could just be exagerating.
I am certain she is not 'dreaming all the time'.

IMO, this could work for some days, then you'll just take the bad habit of thinking randomly before falling asleep or having insomnia. I don't really like this.
