They could test you on the material. What you read about techniques, common problems, etc. They wouldn't have to test you on your actual skill, just your knowledge.

You'd want something that teaches you quickly, because a lot of martial arts take a few years before you could expect to be reasonably able to use them. Maybe a self defense class...maybe karate...som ...

Did you try the WBTB method with MILD? Those two put together, given enough time, will almost always work. You might also try infinity, a regimen for lucid dreaming which so far has a 100% success rat ...

Cd players play WAV. I'd stick with WAV because it's lossless and the less compression on binaural beats the more effective they are. (Some say they aren't effective unless they're uncompressed)
