I highly agree with both of the above.
RC's really are a good habit, especially in the start when you start to train your Dream Recall. I, myself, had many LD's when I started without doing nothing b ...

I tried this stuff as soon as I saw this topic, and now I've finally read it all...
For me it has done the same as to Poppp and NeoMarine, as in I wake up all the time, sometimes without even noticin ...
