Mild is a mix of WBTB, VILD, WILD and autosuggestion. What's so great about it?

It works because you are setting your intention to remember to do something pretty much the same way you would do so ...

Not as different from not being lucid as you might think, in most cases. Though when I actually manage to perform a WILD (practically never), the dream tends to be more bright and vivid.
