Autosuggestion, that is repeating "Tonight, I'll realize I'm dreaming" about 20 times before going to sleep, is a very simple and efficient method.

it has worked for me somehow , but by simply thinking about LDs

It looks a lot like autosuggestion

I think it is very similar to autosuggestion except that you are using a different tense

Just had another one, this time I realised I was dreaming, so I tried to do some stuff like fly, but i couldn't, so I thought "Well, is this a LD or not?!"
