It depends on sooo many things.

The first REM (dreaming) phase occurs roughly 90 minutes after the body falls asleep, if you try it without WBTB.

bit of clarification here, when you go through deep sleep outside of the REM phases, so no-one can LD in that!
you mean when sleeping normaly, correct?

sounds like a bizzare mixture of OBE and FA to me, since you thought you were awake (when you were asleep).

a part of your (subconscious) mind is constantly dreaming, and you're tuning into that... dream.

If i had have tried to count, I would have lost count.
That's because I never did WBTB and I have still never done it from when I first go to bed.
