Oh I didn't chose to do the RC, I did in my dream subconciously (as it was just a dream, not a lucid dream at that stage).

The method I was using was envisaging myself laid in bed from a third pers ...

I don't think it becoming a routine is really that much of a bad thing. If you routinely perform RC's IRL then you'll automatically perform them in ND's and hence LD's.

There were a few home made ones posted on here too, one I seem to remember was Karl's Dream Journal. Pretty standard stuff, nothing that a text file on your desktop that you can append to couldn't do.

that is a groovy little program. i love how it doesnt need a file name to save it, so it's a no-faff, typing only program, to type your dream as soon as you wake up, with no hassle.

it's only 4k, b ...

Doctors always recommend drinking a glass of milk before bed, as it contains melatonin and trace amounts of morphene, to make you all nice and sleepy. I'm getting drowsy just thinking about it! smile
