Slow motion yes, altered dream length perception no. Time perception is hardcoded in our brains, I think. I haven't heard of any psychological disease that implies altered time perception IRL.

If St. Wort is just placebo, then how come certain people have developed Serotonin Syndrome by using it in conjuction with SSRIs?

I can fall asleep easier on my side or belly, but I can WILD only on my back. Maybe I didn't try hard enough in other positions.

Maybe because sleeping on your back allows you to see the entire room? You can see your chest better and that old lady can sit on it smile.

I feel my hands and legs heavy and, after a while, they get numb. During HI, I usually get lots of saliva in my mouth.

What I do is relax my muscles by breathing techniques.
