I'm a beginner at lucid dreaming (I've had 5 lds). I want a book suited for my level.

I think it is best to wake up during the night. I spontaneously wake up 1-3 times per night, very practical smile

You're unlikely to talk in your LD's cause most probably, your sleeptalking happens during NREM sleep (
