Another one for me. The lucid part of the dream was only a couple minutes long and I didn't get to do anything interesting, but I was definitely lucid.

I can't believe I'm doing so well for somebody who's been at this for only a month. I'm up at 12.5 now. Well, I'm going to go back to Dreamland now.

Hot damn, I can't believe it. I just had one of the best lucid dreams ever. That's two in one day, or 8.5 total so far this month!

I don't think it would be forever, but it might be a long time. To do so, you would somehow need to cut your brain off from all the sensory organs, which would probably require some precision surgery ...
