Getting Started, need help

I am a natural lucid dreamer. Never needed to really learn to wake up in my dreams i just did. I do want to become better though like be able to stay asleep easier while lucid. I was just wandering if there were any people with some tips to get started with

Another good technique is to focus on an object in your dream in great detail. This also improves your senses.

Yeah, like the other two said. Just do anything that requires moving about and touching things.

Are your dreams lucid or semi-lucid. there is a big difference.
If your dreams are already lucid then why are you asking for advice? Please clarify.
