The BIG Vitamin B Topic - Part II

this after noon, I took a nap and 100mg vitamin B6 and had the craziest FA ever. It’s the last dream in my DJ on may 4th.

onorm: do you think eating when you have the B6 pill helps you to achieve lucid dreams? Or is it better not to eat when you have the pill?

well, on the bottle, it is recommended to take one pill at breakfast. So, I guess it might be easier for the stomach to digest (less “irritation”), but I’m guessing that, not 100% sure.

Today, I had a soup at noon (not that big meal) and went to bed for a nap at 13h00 with 100mg B6. My stomach didn’t burn and didn’t feel sick (except for that cold and can’t get rid off, but that’s off topic  ).

I have been on and off with those vitamins B6 at night (not every nights) and one thing is for sure, B6 vitamin does magic with DS!

My friend and i went to the grocery store and bought 100mg tablets of B6, He just took his 4 hours before bed with a sandwich and milk. I am going to take mine with a sandwich and a glass of milk 1 hour before bed, i will fill you guys in, we will see what happens tomorrow. I have great DR, and i hope this improves my DS, so hopefully i will do an RC in my dream.

Two days ago I took 200mg of B6 along with about 18Mg of melatonin.

I fell asleep quickly and had a simple dream (I think I put it in my DJ)

Last night I took 300Mg of B6 and 12Mg of melatonin, I however also drank a 2 liter bottle of mountain Dew with caffeine so I threw away the results (Insomnia)

I am going to repeat the 300mg of b6 and 12mg of Melatonin tonight and will post the results (If I have a dream) in my DJ.

After that I want to go back to 100Mg of B6 because even though with the amount I am using I still don’t want to get Neurosis.

Me being the friend who took mine 4 hours before, I had a very long night of sleep, crashed finally at about 1:00am woke up at 5:45am to do a WBTB but i fell asleep again and slept until 10:00 am, I could only remember 1 very short dream. Taking mine 30 minuets to and hour before bed this time.

okay so i went to the store and bought 100 mg tablets of B6, im going to take 2 tonight. do a WBTB and maybe take 1 more before i goto sleep the second time.

hopefully itll work =]

i’m excited. im also going to take a MV to get the mag to help dissolve the b6.

I haven’t been remembering to take B6. But on Saturday i took 10mg right before bed. I also did MILD and WBTB. I had excellent dream recall.

Ever since i have taken B6 i have had horrible dream recall, i used to wake up the next morning, and remember my dreams in much detail. B6 worked wonders for me the first night i took it. Normally i would have 1 dream a night, very detailed description the next morning. The first time i took B6, I had 6 Dreams Very Detailed. now my dream recall is total crap. The last time i took B6 was last weekend, and my dream recall is still crap.

I took 50 mg of B6 and a B complex yesterday for the first time. My dreams were no more vivid than usual(which is not very vivid at all). But, My dream recall was double what it normally is, I could remember 4 dreams(not full, but 4 different ones) I normally only recall 0-2 per night. I’m going to try the same thing tonight and see if anything changes.

well, i had problems with DR for about a week. Yesterday I ate couple of bananas, and my DR improved, plus I had an LD after quiet of time.
maybe vitamin B really does tricks :hmmm:

i’ve taken b-6 before sleep several times before sleep, but it has been a while since i’ve done it regularly. last night i took 200mg for the first time in a while and had some great dreams but i didn’t rreally recall to well (maybe because i haven’t been writing in the journal) is it better to take b-6 often for dream recall or do it like once a week and try to have vivid dreams once a week?

Also Mugwort can be used to help LDs.

I ate three bananas and drunk some energy drink which contained B6, and I don’t even remember dreaming… I think I messed up dream recall though

Maybe because energy drinks awakens you. I suggest not to take cafeine or anything like that when you want to remember dreams. :content:
I even can’t stand energy drink. When I have some I get an headache, dizzy and feel sick and stuff. But that is me. :moogle:

moved from quest forum into the sticky vitamin B topic :moogle:
i just took 300mg of vitamin b6
i hope tht this will help me out on haveing a more vivid, lucid dream…

Sorry, but it won’t.

Moreover:

So I’d try to keep it under 200 mg/day if I were you.

I dont think you guys are right about the dosage of b6, you guys are saying like 200 mg ? because i was at the store the other day and they all said micro millograms so when you say "i had 200 mg of b6 last night’’ it doesnt make sense to me. Isn’t that over doing it i mean the bottle i have says 100 mg and 100 capsules 1 capsule=1mg so you guys are downing 100’s of pills in one night im confused someone explain

i have to try this

1)What does vitiman B6 do?
2)Does it increase your dream vividness?
3)Does it increase you dream recall?
4)What foods is B6 in?
5)Is it in a pill form?
6)How much of that food to eat or how much of a pill should I take?

Please try to answer as many as the questions.
