Didn't work at all for me, neither did that other one. Either I was doing something wrong, or I'm unrelaxable, if that's a word.

How long did you use? If it's not powerful enough, you could try imagining a wet sponge touching you starting from your toes and up to your face. You must just feel yourself getting heavier. In the end, you can try turning yourself into stone. (It should work)

sadblauw sadblauw sadblauw I forgot too. But I tried it in a very brief form this morning, for meditation, as I sat down to write my 4 essays. () It helped amazingly!
