Yes it’s definitly possible. Entry in DJ.
In this case I found a mirror and willed myself to change into Mewtwo by thought. I did’nt change fully though (Lower half completely, upper half still human, Face and head partially changed at the end) as the level of realism took my breath away (being a first actual morph).
I had the bodily sensations of having differently structured legs, two toes, head/face changing towards then end as well as my perspective rising as I grew taller.
For my next LD I intend to try Predator.
In a lucid dream, the only limits are those of your own imagination. I’ve personally never done this before, but I see absolutely no reason why you couldn’t.
