I think it’s lucid dreaming, for some reason I think I’ve become a tiny bit psychic. I’m not seeing dead people or anything like that, it’s just my decision making and instinct has lead me to choose the right decisions more often than usual on a daily bases. Like for example in decision making, I know it’s very small and to be fair it is rather small, but there’s a gambling machine/game on Pokemon Gold were there’s a prize in one square in a square grid, I forgot how many are in the grid but if you’ve played Pokemon Gold and you’ve played the square grid gambling machine, you know the one. Anyway, you get a few tries, and my instinct directed me towards selecting a specific square and it was right, so I got that square the first time and I got lots of whatever the prize was. That’s only a little example though.
Another example is that often when I’m playing Final Fantasy XII on the PS2 downstairs, almost every time I have a thought about levelling up or think to myself “Why do I have to urge to think it’s now?”, I kill a monster and then I level up. It’s strange.
A real life example was when I told my brother that I thought I was a little psychic, and he gave me a load of “What hand is this in?” questions, and I got them all right using my instinct and basically asking my subconscious to direct me towards the answer. He then picked up a ready meal package and asked me what this sentence said, he then told me three sentences, one being real and two being made up. I didn’t know what the food was and I’m really hopeless about cooking knowledge, but yet again I got it right using the same method I used for the other questions.
Reason why I mentioned IQ was because I’ve found myself more knowledgeable about the human mind and knowing how people feel inside, which often leads to me giving people expert advice and me basically being a good friend to lots of people.
Also, I think I predicted was SSX3 on PS2 would look like before it came out. I used to day dream about what it would be like and properly fantasize about playing it or just watching the intros and FMV’s and such. Turns out my day dreams were near enough correct and the host on the DJ that plays throughout the game sounded just like how I imagined him to sound like.
I know by what a friend told me in the past that people that lucid dreaming and give help are generally nice people (Dream Views being a fine example, just look at the difference between On Topic and Off Topic).
I’ve always been too embarrassed to tell people about lucid dreaming when they ask me how I know all this stuff (which happens to be correct). But is all what I just said true?
