I need help in a spefic place in WILD |

Whenever I try to WILD I end up getting as far as having hypnagogic hallucinations that feel like I'm on a roller coaster, but I can't get any farther than that. It happens as such: I close my eyes and relax. Then I see some colors. Then I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster. That feeling persists for 30 minutes or so coupled with me seeing a few sporadic images. After that I always wake up, do an RC and find that I'm awake. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

What do you mean by wake up?
Move out of relaxed positions?
Those feelings come and go, let them move on and keep your balanced relaxed attitude until you are completely out of phase with this physical reality.

30 minutes of feeling like your on a rollercoaster
isn't that great!
it would really top it off by having a WILD right afterwards though.
I'd say it's because you need to be more calm and just go with
it. the process usually stops when you feel nervous or anxious.
