Why is this so hard?

I’ve had a few LD’s before, but this last week, I’ve been trying hard to have one again and it hasn’t been working so far. I think part of the problem is that I take a long time to fall asleep (1-2 hrs). Anyways, I’ve been trying a variety of methods, but it hasn’t been working. Any suggestions/positive reinforcement?

Why is it so hard? We are trying to change the sleep habit’s that we’ve had for YEARS! That’s a lot of nights of sleep.

Suggestions? Positive reinforcement?

Find a technique that you like. ( Most popular I think are MILD and WILD + WBTB )
Stick with it! It can’t be emphasized enough.

when you “try hard” your brain makes it hard. Think of the dumbest friend you know, envision him having an LD - it’s that easy even he could do it, so can you. Trying too hard is the worst thing you can do- don’t exhaust yourself, be relaxed and confident.

that is correct.If you try it too hard,it won’t work.
Try changing the method you use.
