First Lucid Dream

Hi all.

Last night I was dreaming and I’m pretty sure I had my first Lucid Dream.

I was drifting round a roundabout when I thought it seemed out of place so I did a reality check and sure enough I was dreaming. I decided to go for a joy ride down the street and drove through a roundabout, then I began to think how I could make a post saying Iv’e experienced my first Lucid Dream :smile: ( Seriously)

That was it but anyway I’m pretty sure it was a lucid dream as I was aware I was dreaming but afterwards but it felt so vague and much like I didn’t have a lot of control over it. I was definitely aware I was dreaming though so I’m pretty sure It was Lucid and am happy to see progress :smile:

It was a DILD and lasted about 1+ minute too.

Any comments on the vagueness and uncontrollability of it though?

Congrats!! on your first LD! :grin:

As I’m sure you’ll come to understand, Lucidity itself is a very broad spectrum, and can change mid-dream in an instant. One thing you can do to help, is to follow the advice on MEME.

I didn’t do any of that lol but I didn’t freak out or anything which I assumed I would do :smile:
