is there an agreed upon term for LD>>FA/ND>>LD

is there a term for when you have a lucid dream followed by either a false awakening or normal dream (doesn’t matter which) that you then turn back in a lucid dream? in my notes I’ve just been writing “daisy chain”. I know it doesn’t matter what it’s called, I can call it what I want, but I was just curious

and is there a term for a LD>>awake>>LD. I guess it’s considered DEILD or WILD or WBTB, but it’s a little different in that there’s a LD on both sides of it…

DILD perhaps, otherwise I have no idea what to call it, maybe NDBTLD (normal dream back to lucid dream :razz:)

Well, why not come up with suggestions what to call it then? :grin:

LD>>Awake>>LD
Is probably DEILD.

Wait…I’m not sure I understand.
Did you mean:

  1. you have a lucid dream, the dream becomes a ND/FA and then you have another LD?
    Well, without waking up, that would be just 1 lucid dream, I don’t think it’s been named.

2)You have a lucid dream, wake up and have a normal dream, then wake up and have another lucid dream?
Well, that would be…2 lucid dreams :colgate:

  1. You have a lucid dream, then you awake and the previous LD continues?
    Now that’s been named.
    It’s called chaining.

I like the name ‘daisy chain’ :yes:
ld-> wake up -> ld => chaining
ld -> FA/ND -> ld => daisy chaining?

I can count to 3 dreams in that scenario :razz: First LD, then ND, then LD again. 2 LDs and 1 ND.
