Writing down my signs for RC's

Alright, this is for inducing RC’s in my dreams so I can get a DILD.
This is basically MILD:
Everytime I see or do one of these I’ll perform a RC

All the time:
Every time I wake up
Every time I go to my bed

Monday:
Every time I hear a phone sound
Every time I hear a phone vibrate
Every time my dog barks
Every time I flick on a light
Every time I enter a room

Tuesday:
Every time I see the sun
Every time I see a brush
Every time I eat food
Every time I put on shoes

Weds:
Every time I go to the bathroom
Every time I see the moon
Every time I hear hear the word “legit”
Every time I hear a ring
Every time someone smiles

Thurs:
Every time I drink apple juice
Every time I see a door
Every time I see my closet
Every time I hear laughter

Friday:
Every time I feel a breeze
Every time I step outside
Every time I smell my mom cooking
Every time I hear my mom speak
Every time I see a window

Saturday:
Every time I see silver foil
Every time I see a couch
Every time i see a bed
Every time I see a fan
Every time I see my staircase
Every time I hear the word “hello”

Sunday:
Every time I see my laptop
Every time I hear my dog whine
Every time I log onto my computer
Every time I crack a knuckle

This is great, but why do you need seperate ones for every day?

That’s a good question, i read it somewhere. i should probably compile them all into one day :smile:

It’s from EWLD. it’s an exercise to practice your prospective memory (remembering to do something later at a specific time, e.i. remember to do a RC the next time you’re dreaming) which is what is needed for MILD. :smile:

I think less is more in this case. Try to pick just a few of those signs and visualize and memorize them very well.
