I Feel Like I'm Not Participating...

Well, I just had my third lucid dream last night, but I think it might have been a “false” lucid dream. In my dream, I fell asleep, and my dream-self became lucid, though it felt as if he were making the decisions, not me. It felt like I was watching it, as if I was in a movie theater. You can read the dream here.

Most of my ND’s have been feeling like this, too, and I was wondering if there was anything that would help besides LL or ADA? Or if there was anything that could speed up the process? Because this has become quite annoying.

Any advice is helpful.

Happy dreaming!

I’ve had similar experiences and they can be a little frustrating to say the least. My advice would be, first, to give it some time. As you become better at dream recall and recognizing dream signs, your dreams will become more vivid and directly controllable. You may also find the MILD method useful. Try creating a mantra in which you autosuggest to yourself to have more control in dreams, such as, “I am aware and in control of my dreams.”

Hope that helps! Keep up the good work, mate.

Alright, thanks! :content:
