[WILD] What is the most beginner-friendly WILD technique?

I know things are different for everyone, but I’m just curious what you guys think.

DEILD, i guess. you wake up with an auto-snooze alarm that rings every 15 or 30 min after your wbtb. if it hits rem, which it does at least twice or more, you try to visualize your fading dream or create a new one, or tactile sensations for OBE ( my favourite one )

you may also wake up naturally if you do it enough, but i am more sucessfull with an alarm ( 66% of sucess, everynight, so far)

I would do WBTB, it’s how I got my first lucid dreams. Wake up 6 hours after you fall asleep, and stay up until you’re pretty awake. While you’re awake read about dreaming/lucid dreaming. Then go back to bed and do the WILD.
