Need help/someone to talk me through my not-so-epic quest

I need help using WILD I have a good feeling that wild is my thing but my sleep paralysis "lead blanket" stops at my knees. I just end up relaxed but not entering body asleep. Help? <mod>Moved from General Lucidness. </mod> Current LD goal(s): Ld goal:have one lucid dream.

How many attempts have you made? How many times have you gotten to the point of the "lead blanket" feeling over your lower legs? I have a couple of tips: * try falling asleep and waking yourself up a few times before attempting SP * once you're to the "lead blanket" feeling over part of your body, let you mind wander as if you were falling asleep (really wander--don't check in every thirty seconds to ask, "Am I there yet?") Current LD goal(s): Finding specific people at will.
