first WBTB: no LDs, but great dream recall

I'm in week 2 working toward LD, and this morning I un-intentionally tried WBTB for the first time; and while it didn't lead to a LD (this time) my dream recall was amazing.

I woke up for work at 7am (went to bed around 1:30am) but since I work outside and it was raining all morning, I got the day off. So around 7:45 I'm back in bed and the next thing I know my alarm is going off at 11:30 which woke me up mid dream, and I had a solid recollection of the dream.

I wrote it down, and partly because I wanted to keep dreaming, partly because I'm lazy, I went back to sleep AGAIN, only to have a longer more vivid dream that was fresh with details in my mind when I woke up again.

Even though I didn't have a LD, I think this is the method that's going to eventually get me there.

Yup, I know exactly what you mean, every time I do WBTB I always recall those dreams very well.

It's a great feeling.
