LD4all is a labour of love. I have founded this site in 1996 to spread the art and knowledge of lucid dreaming thoughout the world.
 I am thankful for everyone who has helped and is helping LD4all. Whether it is by donating your time, your energy, your help or your knowledge.
However, LD4all needs money to keep it running. The server costs alone are $ 105 a month. I used to do a yearly fundraiser because previous servers had a discount if I paid directly for a year. The one I'm on now is paid monthly, so I have decided to do it differently from now on.
When you donate, your name will be displayed on a separate donor page, here (If you don't want your name to be displayed let me know)

While every gift is greatly appreciated, I need to point out that paypal takes a fee of 35 eurocents (about $ 0.40) plus 3.4 % of the donated amount. So if you donate $1 it takes almost half of it. That's why I prefer it if you could send it directly to my bank account if possible, because then nothing is taken off.

LD4all fundraising FAQ  - Why are you on such an expensive server? I know a way cheaper one!
LD4all has been on cheaper servers in the past. It needs a lot of bandwidth and that is expensive. Besides that, the cheap servers LD4all has been on in the past always had problems. The site became too slow, unreachable or in the worst case, the server completely crashed and 3 weeks of posts were lost 
I am very satisfied with the server LD4all is on now. It is worth the money.
- Why don't you place some unobtrusive ads ?
There are ads, maybe they are too unobstrusive? Seriously, the ads do help in covering the costs, but I don't want to plaster the site with annoying ads.
- Speaking of ads, why do you even ask for donations?
Because the ads alone don't stretch it, and I do need some kind of backup plan if the donations don't cover everything.
- What do you do with the money?
Everything goes towards LD4all. In the amazing event that there is more money raised than there are costs, I will firstly faint,  and then either save it for the next payment period, or use it for something that benefits LD4all.
- What happens when the amount isn't reached?
LD4all will disappear.  No, seriously, don't be afraid LD4all will stop to exist, it will stay up. It simply means I have to pay more from my own pocket. But if I have to pay too long too much from my own pocket, that may mean LD4all has to move to a cheaper server to stay alive - or put more ads, or find other ways to raise the money.

I hadn't planned on making icons, since I don't do yearly fundraiser anymore, but if you like an icon I can make you one  Will have to wait until I'm less busy though
