| A Theory/ Question and something strange... |

Last night, when I woke up in the middle of the night, I was in The Sleep Border state, and after a few minutes of staring at nothingness, my brain actually proposed a question/theory: is it possible to feel things in your hands while in this state? I decided to try this by visualizing a baseball in my hand, I actually felt it a bit, then random HH sounds, like the sounds of lasers, foiled me in the attempt...I was up after that and then my brain wouldnt allow me to fall asleep normally, it would try to make me conscious while falling asleep. It was annoying, as I didn't want to go through HH, HI, or SP just to fall asleep. I then got some milk to drink and came back up to bed...and I went to sleep for good until the morning.
The main reason for me not wanting to fall asleep consciously was because I'm a bit scared of SP, even though I know it isn't real. One story about SP thats on here had creeped me out. It was the story about someone experiencing an "Alien Abduction". I then did not want to ever have SP after reading that...also I'm scared of demons. But I know SP and all that aren't real, so I would have a better chance...
The main thing in this post is:
Is it possible to feel things in your hands during the HH state?
