So it say that I have to fully awake, but in this site it said I need to be super tired and fall sleep easily.

Your mind should be awake enough to keep awareness, but shouldn't be too awake to let your body fall asleep.

That is accurate, but it explains a single technique combination. There are several other ways to achieve lucidity.
You don't need to be super tired to achieve lucidity. In fact, it depends on each person.
