Im really very new to lucid dreaming. I started about 2 months ago when i first descovered through NyQuil. I read up on it and ofcouse tried the nicotine patches on which i hate because the leave me in a state of paralysis for far too long. But now i dont even neex to. Use this stuff anymore........i just, as i fall asleep i stay conscious. I feel my body numb out and even fell my eyes start to move around on thsre own and then im suddonly transportex to a location if not get up right where i fell asleep this really astonishes me
