Hey,
I jus discovered a new technique (maybe, but i found reference to it in some other website too). This may sound a little bizzaire but perfectly natural. This is called Urine Induced Lucid Dream (UILD). This means, drinking lot of water before going to bed, wake up afet 5 hrs, do lot of reality checks and go back to sleep again while supressing ur feeling to piss out. Here's how i actually tested this.
The other night, after a hectic workout, felt very sleepy. I drank some water and slept. As a part of my routing WBTB i jus woke up for a few mins. I got that sensation of pissing out. But was too lazy to try it out and continued to sleep. The next was a dream in which i was in my classroom. i felt like urinating and asked for permission from my teacher and went to the loo. I was pissing on and off for about 2 mins. Then i realised something is wrong with the toilet (yeah, all girls started coming to it and i zipped my pant button and hurriedly went away) and before i could realise i am dreaming, the dream ended.
Anyway, do try this. Take some memory supplement like zinko biloba which enhances ur dream clarity. Also ensure correct level of that sensation - too little then no effect in dreams, more then no sleep.
Bye for nw.

You did just do a WBTB technique before it, so maybe this adds on to the- OH I get it! That's pretty smart, a bit taking a hit on your system though. Going to the bathroom is the Reality Check! You also have 2 minutes to figure it out!
Current LD goal(s): Such control, I can bridge to Astral Projection!

Yeah Dragon mind,
There is a scientific angle to it too. Ur body cannot resist any natural sensation like heat, cold, urge to urinate, nocturnal emissions etc. Yet, when u r asleep, ur body doesnt want to disturb u, so it incorporates these elements in the dream so that ur mind feels relieved. And when u r pissing off in the dream, the sensation ll be quite real as u would do in real life. So constantly doing RC while going to the loo IRL helps.
Do try it and post ur result.
