What exactly does HI look like? Right now the only thing Ive really seen that I can classify as HI is swirls of color, usually blue or purple. Ive read that some people say its the same thing you get when you push against your eyelids with your fingers. Is this true? When I do that it looks as if im flying through space and very easy to focus on. The HI that I usually get is very hard to focus on and I am not alway sure that I am even really seeing HI.
I think its safe to classify anything besides pitch black being seen behind closed eyes in a dark room is considered HI. There really is no standard look for it. It can be as simple as basic color swirls or as vivid as still images of a real life scene. So to answer your question, yeah thats most likely HI.
