Great buy, it will forever be amongst my favorites without question. It’s been at the top of my list for most of my life. “Lovesong” is the greatest song ever written. Also check out Pornography and Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me should you explore further into their extensive catalogue.
I like: Woodie Guthrie, Arlo Guthrie, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Martin Carthy, Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkel, The Pentangle, Jefferson Airplane, Donovan, Eric Burdon and the Animals, Rolling Stones (only with Mick Taylor, “Paint It Black” and “Ruby Tuesday” come to mind.), The Who, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Zombies, War, War and Eric Burdon, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Neil Young (solo too), Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, Jimi Hendrix, Mott the Hoople, Fleetwood Mac (The Peter green one’s my favorite), T. Rex, David Bowie, The Doors, Cream, The Yardbirds, Fairport Convention, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, James Gang, AC/DC, Nazareth, Sex Pistols, Thin Lizzy (very underrated), Van Halen, Judas Priest, Motorhead, Queensryche, Ozzy Osbourne (especially with Randy Rhodes), Alice Cooper (The Band and the man), The Cult, Guns and Roses, Alice in Chains and Nirvana. But so many others as well! Do I like everything that they ever did? Well a lot of them I do, and some I just like a selection of their works for various reasons. I am sorry that there’s a lot missing, it would take me some time to compile a complete list of everything that ever struck me musically. I consider myself pretty eclectic, and a lot of you are going to disagree with me, that’s OK; I see something you just don’t. I love music. My favorite is weird music, or at least weird for the time, In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, baby

Just listened to Synaesthesia - Desideratum. What an amazing piece of art! It’s even better than the ambient work of Delerium (Spheres, vol.1 and 2).

I get into “moods” where I obsess about a particular artist for a few months (maybe a year, and usually female.) Recently I’m all about Janis Joplin. She didn’t make enough albums or songs because I listen to them all over and over. I love them all.

TOOL!!, Led Zeppelin, Floyd, anything with Chris Cornell’s vocals, Alice in Chains, A Perfect Circle, and The Eagles. I guess that kinda sums it up, although I love so many other bands… Just not nearly as much as these
I think Led Zeppelin is one of the best bands in history. Just curious is their any Mike Patton fans. Mike Patton is the singer of Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk. I didn’t really like Faith No More, but Mr. Bungle and Tomahawk are awsome groups. For people looking for something different in music, check Mr. Bungle out. Heh.
