How often do you Lucid Dream? and what method do you use?

Hey, Ive been trying the MILD method, and seems to work a little… but not like I would like it to work… I dont get LDs very often now, before I used to get them natural… now I cant, and when I get LDs its like 1 every 2 weeks or something, and short… Im probably not doing it right… anyways…

I just wanted to know how often fo you have LDs, and how long do they last, also if you could say what method you use would be great

Well i have probably 1 ld a week. The method i use is a method which i say im gona have a dream tonight and poof i have dreams and maybe one ld a week from it. sometimes more.
