timing question

I found that I have these multi-vitamin tablets which contain 1mcg of B-12 in them, when would be the best time in the day to take them to get the best effect at night?

The best time would be before sleeping…that is if you want it for lucid dreaming!

Vit b12 is best combined with folic acid…for working and for absorbtion in to your blood stream…

But i have tested all and a b-complex is better because that contains already your vit b12 and folic acid…

And the choline has the strongest effect on your lucid dreaming from all b vitamins…choline is part of every good quallity Vit b complex…
The next one is Vit B6…

I take at least 500 mg of choline…
fosfatidyl choline is best for being lucid in rem sleep
choline bitartrate for being lucid in non rem sleep
