im still having alittle troublw with my dream recall, some times my mind is like blank when i wake up like nothing happend at all, any idea what i should do? oh by the way if i read stuff on here befor i go to bed i can remeber parts of my dream but not all of it, any idea what i should do?
I have found for myself that thinking about dreaming before going to sleep increases recall.
Like you said… reading ths stuff on this website has helped me ALOT!
Also what helps me is reading your dreamjournal…(if you don’t have one it is a neccessity for good dream recal) before i go to bed.
And when falling asleep saying stuff like, “i will have a lucid dream”
and, “when i wake up i will remember my dream”
over and over and over and … until…

(last night i recalled 3 dreams) wow… this is really good for me.
I find that i recal my dreams best whenever i wake up in the morning and then go back to sleep for a while … when i wake up i remember them in GREAT detail. That is my best time for lucid dreams if you have the time…
