The magick pill that works wonders is Lexapro.
A while back I was taking Paxil, and it destroyed my dream recall.
Now I am taking Lexapro 10mg, and I remember 3 dreams a night at least. I have been taking it for about 3 months and it still works like a charm for dream recall. I find that taking just 5mg a day does better for me than taking a full 10mg.
So if anyone on here takes any kind of anti-depressant/anxiety medication, have your doctor switch you over to Lexapro.
