It's only been 1-2 months since I seriously got interested in LD.
The first thing I started practicing was of course dream recall, so I have only done conscious dream recall for less than two months. ...

What confused me was that WILD seemed to infuse REM directly after falling asleep. Sounds pretty cool that it's actually possible to be conscious during NREM smile ...

As I already wrote, I had missed the point that WILD should be done after waking up after REM, this explains a lot smile

I have been reading a little on the WILD technique.
Personally I think it sounds a little too advanced for me yet, and so far it's been surprisingly easy to obtain lucidity just by training DR, keepi ...
