New method of LD using a smartphone

Hello.

When I learned the study that conducting brain waves into gamma waves during REM sleep leads to lucid dreaming, I came up with an idea.

In the study, they used weak electricity to guide brain waves, but there’s no such device in the home. So I thought, if you use your smartphone to guide your brain waves with light and sound during REM sleep, you might get lucid dreaming.

I actually created an app to try this out. This is a sheep icon application named “induction of lucid dream” in GooglePlay. (I apologize if this post is applicable to spam and make you feel bad.)
Even if you don’t use the app, you can do the same thing with a 40 hz blinking video and a 40 hz monaural beat.

I would be happy if you could give me your feedback after trying this method.

Thank you for reading.

I’d like to try this more, but there is a problem. Frequencies from 40-60 hz SCARE me. The sound makes my hairs stand up. It is worst at 50 hz, the frequency of AC power where I live. The sound gets into my dreams and gives me nightmares about power lines. :meh:

I might be willing to try it…

Have you got a link to the study?

I´d be interested as well, sounds worth a try.
