Could ADA be used to help with bad habits?

Could ADA (all day awareness) be used to help with bad habits, such as teeth grinding for example?

It could! If you are constantly aware, you should be able to stop your bad habit if you keep catching it. I think there are much easier ways to deal with bad habits, but it will definitely work and ADA can be helpful for lucid dreaming.
